IMPORTANT NOTICE – SUSPENSION OF AUTHORISATION
Mind Money Limited informs its clients and potential clients that the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") has suspended the Company's authorisation with immediate effect as of 23 June 2026.

As a result of the suspension, the Company is not permitted to provide or carry out investment services and activities for as long as the suspension remains in force.

Reasons for the suspension

According to CySEC's decision dated 23 June 2026 and the related public announcement, CySEC has expressed concerns regarding the Company's continued compliance with certain conditions for authorisation, including:

• Activities that may fall outside the scope of the Company's authorisation;

• Failure to fully notify CySEC of changes to the composition of the Board of Directors and to provide all information required by CySEC;

• The requirement that at least two suitably qualified persons effectively direct the Company's business; and

• Concerns regarding the suitability of the Company's sole shareholder, taking into account publicly available information referred to in CySEC's decision.

The Company is taking all necessary measures to address the matters identified by CySEC and has been requested to demonstrate compliance by 23 July 2026.

Client funds and financial instruments

The Company wishes to reassure clients that their funds and financial instruments remain segregated and protected in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

During the suspension period:

• The Company will not provide investment services or carry out investment activities;

• Clients may request the return of funds and financial instruments held by the Company and such requests will be processed in accordance with applicable requirements; and

• Transactions lawfully initiated before the suspension may be completed where permitted by CySEC's decision and applicable law.

There are no restrictions on clients requesting the return of their funds or financial instruments held by the Company.
